How to face swap on a video call in real time (Zoom, Teams, Meet, Discord, any app)

Join any video call with a different face and a different voice, live. NZCAM is a camera and a microphone on your PC, so every app that can pick a camera can use it: Zoom, Teams, Meet, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Webex, Slack and the rest.

What you need

  • One clear photo of the face you want.
  • NZCAM on your Windows 10 or 11 PC. It is free to download and try, with no sign-up.
  • Any PC. The cloud engine does the heavy work, so even a small, low-powered laptop with no graphics card works perfectly.
  • Optionally, a short voice clip, to sound like someone else too.

Three steps

  1. Open NZCAM, load the photo (and the voice clip), and press Go live.
  2. In the call app, choose NZCAM as the camera and CABLE Output as the microphone.
  3. Join the call.

Where to choose them:

  • Zoom: Settings → Video, and Settings → Audio.
  • Microsoft Teams: Settings → Devices.
  • Google Meet: the settings gear → Video and Audio.
  • Discord: User Settings → Voice & Video.
  • Any other app: wherever it lets you choose a camera and a microphone.

On the call

The people on the call see an ordinary video and hear ordinary audio. The swap follows you frame by frame. Expression Restorer keeps your real blinks, smiles and micro-expressions on the new face, so it looks alive, and a hand or a mug in front of your face stays in front.

Add a voice, or another language

With a voice sample loaded, NZCAM speaks in that voice as you talk. Turn on translation and the call hears you in their language, in a natural voice or your own cloned voice. The other side needs nothing: no bot, no captions, no install.
