Consent first
Only swap faces you have permission to use. Don't impersonate real people, deceive, harass or defraud, and never create intimate or non-consensual imagery.
18+ only
NZCAM is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You're responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.
Privacy by design
NZCAM processes your face swaps and voice changes 100% locally on your machine. We don't harvest your data, store your photos, or train algorithms on your data.
What's never OK
No impersonation or deception
Don't use NZCAM to impersonate a real person without their consent, or to deceive, defraud, or mislead anyone about who they're seeing or hearing.
No harassment
Don't use face swap or voice change to harass, bully, threaten, or target anyone.
No intimate or non-consensual imagery
Never create sexual, intimate, or otherwise non-consensual imagery or audio of any real person.
No fraud
Don't use NZCAM as part of any scam, fraud, or attempt to gain money, access, or information under false pretenses.
What you should know
Watermark:the free trial tier adds a visible watermark to NZCAM's output. A paid plan or credits for your app type removes it while you are signed in on a licensed device in good standing. We may restore the watermark, or suspend access, for accounts that breach this page or our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI-generated content: NZCAM produces AI-generated and AI-manipulated media. Where the law requires you to disclose that content is AI-generated or that a person was depicted with AI (for example under the EU AI Act), you must do so. We do not remove, alter, or obfuscate any provenance markings or machine-readable metadata that our tools or their underlying models attach to output.
Privacy: NZCAM's core face swap and voice change run 100% on your own machine. Your source photos, video, and voice clips for those features are never uploaded, stored on our servers, or used to train any model. Optional features that are clearly labeled as cloud-powered (such as live AI effects) are the exception: when you choose to use one, the video needed for it is streamed to our AI processing partner only for that session and is not stored. You are always told which features are local and which are cloud-powered before you turn them on. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
